Noel C.

Noel C. is currently working as the Capital Projects and Parks Manager at the City of Riverside, Missouri. Prior to this, Noel served as the Assistant Director at Platte County Parks and Recreation, and also as the Interim Director. With a background in Landscape Architecture and Urban Horticulture, Noel has been working in the field of park planning and management since obtaining a Master's degree from Kansas State University in 2002.
