Natalie Kline

Natalie Kline is an experienced professional in case management, advocacy, and education, currently serving as a Jobs Plus Case Manager and Employment Specialist at the City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority since December 2023. Previously, Kline held various roles at the Rescue Mission of Roanoke, including Agape Aftercare & Wrap Around Case Management Coordinator and Family and Children’s Advocate/Chaplain. Additional experience includes working as a Program Assistant at Roanoke City Public Schools and Director at HoneyTree Early Learning Centers. Kline also served in pastoral roles at several churches, focusing on family and children’s ministries.
