Tammy Tolan

Tammy Tolan is an experienced public safety professional currently serving as the Public Safety Communications Manager for the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, since October 2023. Tammy has held multiple roles in emergency dispatching, including Senior Emergency Dispatcher and Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Roanoke since December 2019, and previously worked as a 911 Dispatcher at the City of Keller from February 2012 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing emergency calls and training new employees. Tammy's career began as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher/Records Technician for the City of Bedford from February 2009 to February 2012 and included a role as a Premises Technician at AT&T from June 2007 to February 2009.
