Elliot Mohler

Elliot Mohler, AICP, is an experienced planner currently employed by the City of Rochester, MN since November 2022. Previously, Elliot served as a planner for Olmsted County Minnesota from February 2020 to November 2022, focusing on long-range planning, public engagement, and technical support regarding land use and zoning regulations. As a GIS Specialist at Growth & Justice, Elliot contributed to the development of the Minnesota Equity Blueprint by providing analytical support and creating visual data representations. Early career roles included planning internships at the City of Jordan and City of Ramsey, where Elliot reviewed development proposals and engaged with the community on various planning topics. Elliot's educational background includes a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's in Geography with a double major in GIS and Environmental Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
