Isaac Bliss, MSL, currently serves as the Manager of Youth Services for the City of Rochester since March 2023 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Nazareth College since August 2016. Previously, Isaac held the role of Executive Director of Quad A for Kids at the Rochester Area Community Foundation from September 2019 to November 2022. Isaac's experience with the City of Rochester includes positions as Program Development Specialist and Area Coordinator from February 2016 to September 2019. At The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc., Isaac worked as Director of Family & Youth Services, Manager of Programs, and Prevention Coordinator from July 2007 to February 2016. Additionally, Isaac was a Master Observer at The Children's Institute from January 2007 to January 2009 and served as a Life Coach at The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc. from January 2005 to January 2007. Isaac holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Communications from SUNY Brockport, along with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Monroe Community College.
