Liliana Ruiz

Liliana Ruiz oversees the development and implementation of projects as requested by the Mayor. Responsible for defining, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the administration’s initiatives. She chairs the Mayor's Early Learning Commission and is the lead for education issues.
