Natasha Main

Natasha Main is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within diverse organizations. Currently serving as the i-team Director for the City of Rochester since August 2024, Natasha also co-founded the Innovation Exchange Coalition in November 2022, which aims to enhance product commercialization success globally. Previous roles include Director of Impact Partnerships at Cambium Carbon, focused on sustainable supply chains, and Executive Director positions at Exponential Impact and Peak Startup, where efforts centered on supporting startups and fostering technology ecosystems. Natasha's early career included roles at Little Bird Innovation, Rhodes College, and Crosstown Concourse, contributing to research and community engagement initiatives. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Rhodes College.
