Anne Poag Bunton Harty, CPA, CGFO has extensive work experience in the field of finance and government administration. Anne Poag Bunton began their career in 1991 as the Treasurer/Finance Director for York County, South Carolina, where they served until 2005. During their time there, they gained valuable expertise in financial management and oversight. In 2005, Anne joined the City of Rock Hill, SC as the Customer Services Director, a position they held until 2010. In this role, they demonstrated their ability to oversee customer service operations effectively. Anne then transitioned to Chief Financial Officer for the City of Rock Hill, taking on responsibilities for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. With their strong foundation in finance and government administration, Anne Poag Bunton Harty is well-equipped to handle complex financial matters and contribute to the success of any organization.

Anne Poag Bunton Harty attended Winthrop University from 1982 to 1987, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications over the years. In 1990, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the SC Association of CPAs. Following that, in 1994, they obtained the Certified Government Finance Officer certification from SC GFOA.
