Dr. Beth Ann Scruggs is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in grant development, education, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Grant Specialist for the City of Rock Hill, SC, Dr. Scruggs excels in identifying grant opportunities and managing awards that align with organizational goals. Previously, Dr. Scruggs was the RENEW Center Director at Adult Enrichment Centers, overseeing a Montessori Dementia Day program. Experience in higher education includes roles as Director of Resource Development and Administration, Advancement Services Coordinator, and Adjunct Faculty at York Technical College, focusing on student success and curriculum development.
