Martin Bloom

Martin Bloom is an experienced project manager currently working for the City of Rockford, Illinois, since December 2018. Prior to this role, Martin served as the Support Services Coordinator for the Rockford Park District from March 2002 to November 2018, where responsibilities included providing equipment support and labor for community events. Additionally, Martin has experience in coaching baseball, having held positions as a Freshman coach and later as a Junior Varsity coach at RPS 205/Rockford East from January 2009 to June 2012. Martin obtained a high school diploma from Rockford East High School, completing studies between 1991 and 1995.
