Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan has served as a Senior Secretary for the City of Rockford, Illinois, since August 2010, directly supporting the Superintendent of Streets. In this role, Tim is responsible for the creation and maintenance of various ArcGIS maps, including the city-owned tree inventory and snow removal routes. Tim also manages the Street Division's website and has developed multiple applications that enhance snow operations communication and efficiency. Prior to this position, Tim gained extensive experience in the automotive industry from 1990 to 2007, holding various roles such as Special Finance Manager, Area Manager, and Corporate Trainer at multiple dealerships. Tim holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal from Rockford Career College, earned between 2007 and 2009.
