Toby Bennett has extensive experience in project management and technical roles within the pre-cast concrete industry. Since 2005, Toby has served as a Project Manager at Mid-States Concrete Industries, specializing in pre-cast concrete field services. Prior to this, Toby held a Project Manager position at PBM Concrete from 2001 to 2004 and worked as a Field Technician for the Illinois Department of Transportation from 1999 to 2001, focusing on heavy highway construction inspections. Toby's career began at PBM Concrete as a Drafter from 1996 to 1999, utilizing AutoCAD for pre-cast concrete designs. Toby holds an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology from Morrison Institute of Technology, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
