Elba Strijdom

Elba Strijdom is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several roles, primarily within local government. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor for the City of Rockingham since May 2023, Elba's previous positions include People and Development Business Partner at the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale since February 2014, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, injury management, and operational HR functions. Prior to that, roles ranged from executive support to project management in various capacities for several organizations, including the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Spoor & Fisher. Elba holds a Double Diploma in Human Resources and Leadership & Management from The College for Adult Learning and has completed multiple certifications related to government investigations.
