Daisy Harley, SPHR, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Benefits Manager for the City of Rockville since March 2009. Prior to this role, Daisy held the position of Human Resources Manager at The MayaTech Corporation from January 2003 to March 2009, and served as Human Resources Supervisor at LUTC from August 1996 to June 2001. Daisy is an alumna of the University of Maryland Global Campus.
