Don Jackson possesses extensive experience in engineering and construction management, currently serving as an Engineer Technician V for the City of Rockville since December 1999. Prior to this role, Don worked as a Construction Inspector for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission from November 1988 to December 1999, where responsibilities included project management, quality control, plan review, and contract management. Don earned an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering (Civil) from Montgomery College, completing studies from 1985 to 2000.
