Prior to this position, Keith Vogel worked as Bureau Chief of Fleet Management for Carroll County MD from July 2015 to June 2021, and as Fleet Operations Manager for the City of Gaithersburg from October 2001 to July 2015. Keith Vogel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
