Carla Griffin

Carla Griffin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Rockwall since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carla held multiple positions at the City of Sachse, Texas, from July 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included human resources analysis, payroll administration, and managing the Senior Services division. Carla's prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Services Supervisor for Galveston County, Texas, from May 2014 to June 2018, overseeing staff and managing federal grant programs, and as a Manager for the City of Alvin's daily activities center for senior citizens from October 2008 to April 2014. Earlier in the career, Carla contributed as administrative staff at Faith Assembly from 2005 to 2008. Carla is pursuing studies in Human Resource and Workforce Development Education at the University of Arkansas and has previously attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
