Joe Klinkovsky

Joe Klinkovsky is a seasoned professional in juvenile services, currently serving as the Deputy Director at Rockwall County Juvenile Services since March 2022. With a lengthy career that began as a Juvenile Probation Officer at the 20th-82nd Judicial District from October 2003 to May 2010, Joe Klinkovsky has developed expertise in juvenile probation and training coordination. In addition to ongoing responsibilities as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Rockwall County since June 2010, Joe Klinkovsky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology from Tarleton State University and has prior educational experience in football at Charleston Southern University and Ranger College.
