Paul Carey

Paul Carey is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning several roles in education, military operations, and management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for the City of Rohnert Park since June 2022, Paul previously taught STEM, physical education, and 4th grade at Gravenstein Union School District from 2018 to 2022, also working as a substitute teacher there in 2017. Prior military experience includes positions such as Administrative and Operations Manager with United States Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa, where Paul also served as a Course Instructor at NATO School Oberammergau. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Excelsior University, a Certificate in Project Management from GAQM, and a Certificate in Data Analytics from Sonoma State University, among others. Paul possesses a robust background in intelligence, operations, and instruction, complemented by formal training in Mandarin Chinese.
