Amanda Carter

Amanda Carter is a seasoned professional in urban development and management, currently serving as the Land Bank Authority Manager for the City of Rome Georgia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda owned and operated a boutique from June 2020 to June 2022 and held various positions within the City of Rome Georgia, including Downtown Development Director and Downtown Development Assistant from January 2012 to June 2020. Amanda’s earlier experience includes a role in finance at Rome City Schools from January 2010 to January 2012. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business.
