Joel Koepp

Joel Koepp has extensive experience in economic development and geographic information systems, currently serving as the Economic Development Coordinator and GIS Specialist for the City of Roseville, MN since September 2005. Prior to this role, Joel Koepp worked as a GIS Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from November 2003 to August 2005. Joel Koepp holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Minnesota (1999-2001) and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Gustavus Adolphus College (1995-1999).
