Janie Carduff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CLRM, currently serves as the Assistant Human Resources Director for the City of Roseville since May 2022. Prior to this role, Janie held several positions at the County of Sonoma Human Resources from August 2016 to May 2022, including Employee & Labor Relations Manager, Supervising Employee & Labor Relations Analyst, and Employee & Labor Relations Analyst. Janie's earlier experience includes Human Resources Manager for the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services and various roles at State Farm Insurance from 1989 to 2011, including Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Recruiter. Janie's extensive background encompasses labor relations, employee complaints investigation, workforce data analysis, performance management training, and developing onboarding processes, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
