Kyle Chatelain

Kyle Chatelain is an experienced Systems Architect with a strong background in technology and analytics. Currently at the City of Roseville since June 2018, Kyle leads a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of systems and infrastructure, while previously serving as a Business Systems Analyst focused on technology solutions for various city departments. Prior experience includes a role at Adventist Health as a Talent Analytics Analyst, where Kyle utilized statistical expertise to support workforce decision-making, and multiple positions at Oracle, including project management and business systems analysis for global compensation. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Jose State University and an Associate of Science from Sierra College.
