Bill Godshall

Bill Godshall serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Roswell, Georgia, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bill was a retired partner at Frazier & Deeter LLC, where, starting in January 2007, responsibilities included heading Quality Control for the assurance services group and leading both the Public Company Audit Practice and the Accounting and Risk Advisory Services practice. Bill has also held significant positions, including Inspection Leader at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and Senior Manager at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in complex accounting advisory and audit services. Bill is a graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics Program with Distinction and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans.
