Eloy Castillo

Eloy Castillo, PE, currently serves as the City Engineer and Director of Engineering for the City of Roswell, Georgia, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Eloy Castillo was the Principal Civil Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Inglewood from February 2014 to October 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Resident Engineer at URS Corporation, where responsibilities included oversight of the I-405 Widening, SR-91 Widening, and the I-15/I-215 Devore Interchange projects, and as a Resident Engineer at Caltrans in the West LA Field Office from September 2000 to April 2012. Eloy Castillo holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, respectively in 1997 and 1993.
