Justin Keller

Justin Keller serves as a Councilman for Ward 4 on the Russellville City Council since 2019, with a designation as a Certified Municipal Official. Simultaneously, Keller holds the position of Service Manager at Friendship Community Care, Inc., where responsibilities include managing Waiver services for individuals with developmental disabilities and overseeing a team of 52 employees. Previous experience encompasses roles as a Universal Banker at Simmons Bank, a Consultant at Blackfish Consulting, and leadership positions in organizations such as the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and the Pope and Yell County Single Parent Scholarship Fund. Keller holds a Master's degree in Applied Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, along with a Graduate Certificate in Student Affairs and Advising and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arkansas Tech University.
