Carolyn Sivik

Carolyn Sivik, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Benefits Manager for the City of Saco since November 2021. Previously, Carolyn held roles at the South Portland School Department, including Business Office Manager and Business Office Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed staff data reporting, credentialing, mandated training, and payroll backup. Earlier career experiences include serving as Purchasing Manager at Atlantic Sportswear, Market Research Coordinator at Diversified Business Communications, and various analytical and administrative roles at Unum, contributing extensively to producer programs and the launch of the producer website. Carolyn began their career at Maine Savings Bank as Executive Secretary in Marketing, managing significant budgetary functions.
