Deanne Neighbours

Deanne Neighbours is a seasoned program specialist with extensive experience at the City of Sacramento since June 2011, overseeing program and project management within the DOU Engineering & Water Resources, Asset Management section. Key responsibilities include supervising and training staff, conducting studies, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Previously, Deanne worked as a program analyst and administrative technician within the same department, supporting program development and managing procurement processes. Prior experience includes roles at Neher Consulting, specializing in data entry and GIS processing, and as a landscape designer/project manager at Land Architecture, Inc., where project management and design were key focuses. Deanne holds a B.S. in Landscape Design and Urban Horticulture from Brigham Young University and an A.S. in Geographic Information Systems from American River College.
