Howard Chan

Howard Chan is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Sacramento, a role held since September 2002. Chan has also served in various interim and assistant capacities within the city, including Interim City Manager and Assistant City Manager. Prior to this role, Howard held the position of Parking Services Manager. Chan's background includes a tenure at Standard Parking as Senior Manager from March 2000 to September 2002 and a lengthy career at AMPCO SYSTEM PARKING, where the role of Operations Manager was held from November 1988 to March 2000.
