Nathan Blair

Nathan Blair is a skilled professional with extensive experience in safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as a Program Specialist for the City of Sacramento since September 2023, Nathan previously held various roles including Local Initiatives Specialist at the California Interagency Council on Homelessness and Manager of the Local Emergency Preparedness Unit at the California Department of Public Health, where responsibilities included planning and directing emergency preparedness initiatives. Nathan's experience also includes coaching with ADVNC Lacrosse and internships focused on research, fiscal analysis, and victim advocacy. Nathan holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University.
