Stephanie Mendenhall

Stephanie Mendenhall currently serves as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist for the City of Sacramento since September 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Campbell Soup Company from September 2007 to January 2024, including Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Safety Program Leader, and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed leading training initiatives, managing plant communications, and supporting Human Resources functions. Earlier experience includes roles at Raley's as a Pharmacy Clerk and Courtesy Clerk, enhancing customer service skills and adherence to regulations. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento, with additional educational experiences at Leeds Beckett University and Cosumnes River College.
