Matt Regan Cpm

Matt Regan is an Environmental/Drainage Manager at the City of Saginaw. Matt manages the Environmental Services Department, coordinates various city programs, oversees the Drainage Utility Department, and ensures compliance with regulations. Matt also has experience as a Water Resource Technician at the City of Arlington and as a Water Treatment Operator. Prior to their career in environmental management, Matt was a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the US Army. Matt holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Environmental Control Technologies/Technicians from Tarrant County College.
