Ian Fogan has extensive experience in public service and insurance, currently serving as the Commissioner of Utilities and Infrastructure for the City of Saint John since October 2010. Throughout this tenure, Ian has held various leadership roles including Director of Transit and Fleet, Director of Strategic Affairs, Deputy Commissioner of Administrative Services, and Risk Manager.
