Morgan J. Lanigan serves as the Practice Manager for Buildings + Industry at EXP since January 2016 and is also a member of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee for the City of Saint John, starting in September 2020. As a co-founder and CEO of ft2 Group Inc., an urban-focused real estate investment firm in Saint John, Morgan held this role from August 2012 to March 2019. Previous leadership positions include President of Uptown Saint John from May 2014 to August 2017 and Past President of ONE Change from June 2012 to April 2020. Morgan has participated in various speaking engagements addressing topics such as the intersection of art and business and the social values of land reclamation. Educational credentials include degrees in Civil Engineering Technology - Architectural from NBCC Moncton, Architecture from the RAIC Syllabus, and Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. Morgan was recognized as one of the Top 50 Emerging Leaders in Atlantic Canada in 2013.
