Lillian Garcia

Lillian Garcia is an experienced professional currently serving as an AccessLex Champions Member at AccessLex Institute, where responsibilities include promoting the organization's resources and services among law school peers. Lillian also holds a position as a Human Resources Assistant for the City of Salem, having previously completed an internship in the same department, focused on job classification analysis and standard operating procedures. Prior work experience includes roles at The Michaels Companies, where Lillian managed picture framing operations, and various sales positions in retail environments.
