Charity Egeolu, Ed.D. possesses extensive experience in IT management and systems administration, currently serving as the IT Manager of Server Infrastructure for the City of San Antonio since December 2013, where management of IT initiatives and staff development is essential. Prior roles include Founder/Owner of Reliance Care Options, Inc., and critical positions at Wachovia Corporation, where functions involved messaging engineering and systems analysis. Early career experiences include founding Ultra Data Systems and holding a Systems Administrator position at Trinity University. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Educational Technology from the University of Phoenix and advanced degrees from St. Mary's University.
