Christopher Folmar

Christopher Folmar has extensive experience in compliance and contract management, currently serving as Compliance Manager and previously as Senior Economic Development Coordinator for the City of San Antonio since December 2012. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Senior Management Analyst and Management Analyst, focusing on Federal program contract administration. Experience includes roles as Community Development Specialist for the City of Longview, Detention Officer for Henderson County Sheriff, and Construction Contract Manager for Heritage Builders. Christopher began a career in technical roles as an Instrument Technician at E-Systems and served in the United States Navy as an Instrumentman Second Class. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Trinity Valley Community College.
