David S. has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as a Senior IT Manager for the City of San Antonio since February 2015, overseeing digital business automation, DEVSECOPS, and enterprise content management. Prior roles include managing applications support and a team of 11 staff and contractors, as well as planning and designing telecommunications infrastructure. David's previous experience in the United States Air Force spanned over two decades, where roles included Section Chief for Plans and Resources, overseeing strategic planning for technology and infrastructure for 10,000 users, and Superintendent of Operations, managing a team of over 133 personnel and $95M in resources. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the American Public University System and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic System Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
