Juan G Ayala

Juan G. Ayala has extensive experience in military and veteran affairs, currently serving as the Director of the Military and Veteran Affairs Department for the City of San Antonio since February 2016, with a prior role as Director of the Office of Military Affairs. Ayala's leadership experience includes serving as Interim President and CEO of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and various high-level command positions in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics operations, serving as Inspector General, and commanding important divisions during critical missions. Ayala holds an MBA in Business Management from Campbell University, a Master's in Strategic and International Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor's in Business from The University of Texas at El Paso.
