Patricia McWilliams

Patricia McWilliams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate plan management, code compliance, and environmental policy. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Climate Plan Management Coordinator and Capital Projects Officer for the City of San Antonio since December 2019, McWilliams previously held positions with the City of Bulverde as a Code Compliance Specialist and with the City of Alpine, where roles included Code Enforcement Officer and Keep Alpine Beautiful Coordinator. Additionally, McWilliams contributed to the Alpine Chamber of Commerce as Associate Director. Patricia McWilliams holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Studies, as well as a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on Environmental Policy, both from Sul Ross State University.
