Roxanne Hickman

Roxanne Hickman, MPH, has extensive experience in public health and program management, currently serving as Program Coordinator and Clinic Manager for the City of San Antonio since January 2014. In this role, Roxanne provides strategic leadership and operational oversight, aligning team goals with organizational objectives and enhancing staff development. Previous positions include Management Analyst, where Roxanne oversaw long-term programs and implemented operational improvements, and Project Manager, responsible for hepatitis testing and prevention services. Roxanne's background also includes work as an Epidemiologist and Disease Intervention Specialist, focusing on communicable diseases and field investigations. Earlier experience at the San Antonio AIDS Foundation involved delivering health education initiatives, and Roxanne began a career in health education as an intern at Healthy Futures of Texas. Roxanne holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
