Sarah Bilger

Sarah Bilger, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of San Antonio since February 2012, where responsibilities include tracking and administering entrance and promotional examinations for the Police and Fire Departments. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Personnel Assistant at Ahtna Facilities Services Inc., managing payroll and conducting new hire orientations. Sarah's earlier career includes an internship in compensation at The University of Texas at San Antonio and management roles at Calvin Klein and Barney's Billiard Saloon. Academically, Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
