Casey Dailey

Casey Dailey, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy, environmental programs, and public administration. Currently serving as the Director of Energy & Environmental Programs at the Western Riverside Council of Governments since July 2017, Casey also contributes as a Committee Member for the Charter Advisory Committee in the City of San Bernardino. Previous roles include Director of Government Affairs for the Building Industry Association of Southern California and Transit Analyst for the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, where oversight of significant transportation projects was a key responsibility. Early career experiences included serving as Assistant to the Mayor of San Bernardino and Management Analyst in the City Manager's Office of Calimesa, focusing on economic development and grant administration. A graduate of California State University-San Bernardino, Casey holds a Master of Public Administration degree.
