Zuyva Ruiz

Zuyva Ruiz has extensive experience in budget management and financial analysis, currently serving as Budget Manager for the City of San Bernardino since February 2021, following positions as Management Analyst II and Management Analyst I in the same department. Prior to this, Zuyva held various roles at Stater Bros. Markets from May 2013 to February 2021, including Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable Clerk, and Administrative Office Assistant. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Bilingual Secretary at Jurupa Unified School District from July 2012 to May 2013. Zuyva is pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Financial Management at California State University-San Bernardino, where an undergraduate degree in Public Administration has also been achieved, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Bernardino Valley College.
