Albert Savay, AICP has extensive work experience in various roles within the city government. Albert started their career as Planning Manager for the City of Daly City in 1997 and held this position until 2001. Following this, they served as Zoning Administrator for the City of Mountain View from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they joined the City of San Carlos as the Community & Economic Development Director, a position they currently hold.

Albert Savay, AICP received a Bachelor of Science in City Planning (BSCRP) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Albert pursued this degree from 1983 to 1987.
