Holly Emmons

Holly Emmons is an experienced Office Specialist at the City of San Clemente since October 2022, following a significant tenure as an Office Administrator at New Era Cap from May 2012 to March 2020. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Elementary Education from Rutgers University - Camden, as well as academic experience at Roanoke College from 1992 to 1994.
