Niki Beach

Niki Beach is an experienced Environmental Programs Analyst at the City of San Clemente, focusing on municipal stormwater quality management since October 2016. With a strong background in water conservation as a Project Manager at the County of Orange from August 2006 to October 2016, Niki was involved in environmental permitting, compliance, and mitigation for infrastructure programs. Additional experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineering Specialist managing biological monitoring and natural resource permitting at County Landfills, and an Election Coordinator with the Orange County Registrar of Voters supervising field operations during statewide elections. Niki's early career includes internships at the City of Santa Barbara and County of Ventura, contributing to environmental analysis and planning. Niki holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University.
