Roger Oreb

Roger Oreb is an experienced Public Works Inspector, currently serving the City of San Clemente since August 2019. Previously, Roger worked with the Interwest Consulting Group and AndersonPenna Partners, Inc., where responsibilities included inspecting various Capital Improvement Projects in the City of Irvine focused on storm drains, ADA compliance, and upgrades to street lights and sidewalks. Earlier in the career, Roger was a Contract Inspector with RPO Consulting Inc., providing inspection services for over $20 million in Capital Improvement Projects for the City of San Clemente, and held a role at Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc., performing geotechnical inspections. Roger began the career as a Utility Worker with the Rincon Del Diablo and Rainbow Municipal Water Authorities. Educational credentials include multiple AA degrees from Palomar College.
