Usiel Bahena-Aranda

Usiel Bahena-Aranda is a Utility Billing Specialist at the City of San Clemente since May 2023. Previously, Usiel served as an Assistant Retail Manager at Tillys from December 2020 to November 2022 and gained experience as a Production Associate at Applied Medical from August 2016 to November 2020. Usiel began a career in retail as a Sales Associate/Lead Sales at Tillys from November 2013 to August 2016. Usiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saddleback College.
