Kanika Kith

Kanika Kith is a seasoned professional in urban planning and community development, currently serving as Deputy City Manager and Director of Community Development for the City of San Fernando since December 2021. Previously, Kanika held the position of Principal Planner at Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for a brief period, where responsibilities included serving as Interim Planning Director for California City. Prior experience includes planning management roles with the City of South Pasadena and Assistant Director of Planning for Interwest Consulting Group, where Kanika also managed planning for the City of Eastvale. Kanika earned a Master of Public Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine.
